My problem is there is not enough of a straight section of pipe,with sufficent clearance, to allow for the Walker Bullets.Is there any other fix,such as a shorter Bullet -type muffler.I could drive faster,or slower, I suppose.I have a friend with basically the same setup as mine exhaust-wise but with Walker DynoMax mufflers.It too has that annoying two or three hundred RPM resonance.The resonators are the perfect solution.I have the car well insulated too.Three inch tailpipes are certainly part of the problem and most of us could get by with 2.5s for sure. I don't know about you but I am getting to be an old geezer who hates a lot of noise.I have a 3" system with X pipe and Magnaflows.I find the exhaust note annoying on the highway from about 2400-2700 RPM.This translates roughly in the 65-75 MPH range(3.08 gears,TH 400,28" tires and a bit of a "slippy" VP convertor).
